This printer is is good working condition. It is also in great cosmetic condition (no noticeable scratches). It comes with all original and necessary parts (power cord, ethernet cable, USB cable, paper tray). It also includes a black toner cartridge that is at least 1/2 full. It does not include any color toner cartridges. It also does not include any of the original manuals or software, however, the latest versions can easily be downloaded from hp's website. I have already installed the latest firmware in the printer. I am selling this printer because I needed an all-in-one for my office. I would still be using this great printer if the need did not arise for me to have scanning/copying capabilities. I purchased this printer about 2.5 years ago primarily to use while I was in school. I would describe it's use since then as moderate. I have changed the black cartridge twice and have never replaced the color cartridges (they just recently depleted). I take very good care of all of my computer equipment. This printer will not ship in its original box, however, I will pack it with care. Guarantee/Returns: If the item arrives in defective condition, you may return it within three (3) business days of delivery. I am 100% concerned with your 100% satisfaction.
