Toner was always changed when needed and replacement parts (fuser, transfer belt, etc) were always bought directly from okidata when needed. All Toners and Image drums are included with plenty of life in them - but the black drum needs to be replaced soon I believe. The print quality on this is beautiful - nice and shiny! This is NOT a refurbished model - I purchased this from Staples 2 years ago for $699.00.
