MODEL PHASER 850 TEKTRONIX COLOR PRINTER BY XEROX This had been a leased to own printer in my business. I have had more than one of these printers and highly recommend them. It produces outstanding color material. When this lease ran out I retired it. I no longer have any ink for it. It was in proper working order when it was retired at the end of 2007. I have had it covered and stored in my basement. The "colorstick ink" technology worked so well to produce beautiful photographic material that I leased the newer model when this lease expired. It has an optional extra paper drawer. It holds a great deal of paper between the upper and lower drawers. This is a duplex printer and does a great job with double sided printing. I was required to print 1,400 copies per month as a part of my lease and didn't often go over that number. I had a four lease. I am offering this printer at a GREAT STARTING PRICE BECAUSE IT IS BEING SOLD AS IS. The buyer will need to order ink to begin using it. I used all I had and then retired it. I maintained a service contract on this printer the entire time it was in use. You can find ink either on ebay or at Techtronix. The value of this printer today is approximately $800. I still have the manual and documentation and will provide it with the printer. It is very heavy and will require two people to lift and move it to you car or truck. IT IS BEING SOLD FOR PICKUP ONLY! READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING! International Buyers: MUST email me for a shipping quote PRIOR to bidding on an item. I use First Class International shipping if the item, after packed weighs 4 pounds or less. This is the least expensive method. It is critical that you be aware that this form of shipment CANNOT BE INSURED and does not have a tracking number. If you prefer that the shipment be sent Priority Mail International it will come with a specific amount of Insurance Protection however there is still no tracking number. Should an item be lost in shipment the only thing I can do here is to contact the Postal Service and INITIATE AN INVESTIGATION which is then turned over to the Postal Service in the receiving country. Once shipment has taken place I can on longer be responsible for the safe arrival of the item. Domestic Buyers: Unless you purchase the Optional Insurance with your item, you are not protected for loss or damage during shipment. There is only a TRACKING NUMBER if you purchase DELIVERY CONFIRMATION or Ship Express Mail Delivery. I may require either INSURANCE OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION depending on the value of the product and will note this in the lisitng. Once the items leaves my hands and is turned over to the Postal Service, I can no longer be responsible for the safe arrival unless insurance is purchased. Please consider this carefully before bidding. Return Policy: All products are SOLD AS IS. I have attempted to photograph and describe each item to the best of my ability. I do not generally accept returns, however if a return is granted, the refund will be for the ITEM COST ONLY, NOT ANY SHIPPING PAID. I will double box and/or double wrap all fragile items to protect the item for the buyer. In order to protect them to the best of my ability, I may have to use a box inside a box to absorb impact in shipping. These packages may become heavier than usual because of the extra packing material and therefore have increased shipping charges. I cannot be responsible for loss or damage once the package leaves my possession and I strongly recommend insurance and delivery confirmation is purchased.
