All personal checks will be held until funds have cleared before your item is shipped. WARRANTY All of our new and refurbished items come with a warranty. Our warranty does not cover damage incurred during shipping. Any item labeled "As Is" or "Tested Working" is not covered under our warranty policy. The warranty is good for 90 days after your purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor. It does not cover consumables such as rollers, charge roller, transfer roller, fuser, toner or drum or transfer belt. We will cover the cost of shipping your warranty replacement to you, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. All items must be returned within their warranty period. They will then be inspected, and a refund or exchange will be issued. Our warranty does not cover damage incurred during shipping. Most of our items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Large orders or complex machines can take 48 hours to ship. RETURNS We accept returns within the 90-day warranty period. In order to return your item, call us at (877) 900-4677 in order to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We do offer technical support, and many times we find that the issue can be resolved over the phone. We can also exchange your item. There are two ways to exchange an item: Return the item to us. We will test it, and either repair or exchange it. Pay for a second item that we ship ASAP. Meanwhile, return the original item to us for inspection and testing.
