We will cover the cost of shipping your warranty replacement to you, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. RETURNS We accept returns within the 90-day warranty period. In order to return your item, call us at (877) 900-4677 in order to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We do offer technical support, and many times we find that the issue can be resolved over the phone. We can also exchange your item. There are two ways to exchange an item: Return the item to us. We will test it, and either repair or exchange it. Pay for a second item that we ship ASAP. Meanwhile, return the original item to us for inspection and testing.
